    Hi-
What’s the flapping sound? Is the speed over 100%?!

No, that’s on us. I’m not sure what caused the skipping sound, but I think it might have had something to do with our connection. I was recording for Amy, and while everything sounded perfect on my end, when we played it back to edit, we heard the sound and couldn’t isolate it out to edit it.

We’ve kind of been beating ourselves up over it and are really bothered by it…but hopefully it doesn’t distract too much from Mitch and Amy’s awesome conversation!

Loved the podcast. Mitch’s experience shows the church really could care less what you do as long as you keep paying that tithe and don’t make allot of trouble for them. On a second note I just finished a book to help people with unwelcomed missionaries. When Crazy Comes to Call: Fun Tips for Getting rid of Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses.

I think Mitch is going to be VERY disappointed in the long run. This is the church that took 150 years before they let a woman pray in General Conference. Judgemental angry men like Packer and Oaks will get more and more hardline as members and the public relations department become more and more accepting. If these men were truly men of God, they would know that their words are causing misery and suicide. But they aren’t and they don’t care.
