Finally had time to listen to this episode and was so glad I did. First- Brandt, you’re a natural. I really like listening to your interviews. Also, I can’t wait to read this book. When I heard the buzz about it, I was unaware that both the authors weren’t practicing anymore. I wondered if the tone would be apologetic but it sounds like it will be really balanced and easily digestible to any perspective (other than evangelical). I can’t wait to see how the gentiles will respond to it :) Going to purchase my copy on amazon. Thanks for the interview.

Thanks Lindsay. I’ve actually found the book to be a great reference about trying to explain some of the more ‘complex’ things about Mormonism (such as the temple) in a more non-Mormonese language. Again, highly recommended.

I just finished reading The Mormon Mission. I know it’s fiction, but it still makes me wonder whether or not I would be voting for an organization or candidate. Dr. Cragun’s book may need to be next on my list.
